The lake may only be 2 1/4 acres in size but that dose not mean it is easy by any means, your approach must be spot on as these fish have been fished for over 25 years. Our lake record is a Mirror which was last caught at 36.8lb, there are five back up 30's which are a mixture of commons and mirrors. There are well over 50 twenty plus fish and lots of high teens. Wafter rigs fished over a few kg of boilies is the best approach. There are lots of features throughout the lake such as Lilly pads and overhanging tree lines. Sped a good amount of time with a leading rod and find the glass silt spots for your chance of a real big fish. We are confident in saying our carp are probably in the best condition out of all the day ticket fisheries around. Fish care is the highest priority at our complex and anglers must treat the fish with the upmost respect. Strict rules are in place to ensure that our carp are kept in the best condition possible. Our bailiffs are always here to help and will help put you onto spots if you're struggling.
